Welcome to Tatevatsi. By creating an account or otherwise using the Tatevatsi iOS app or this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. The service

Tatevatsi is a mobile learning app that delivers daily lessons on behavioral economics, finance, psychology, and related topics. The service includes the app, this website (tatevatsi.com), and any related communications we send you (verification emails, etc.).

2. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• Provide accurate information when you sign up. Don't impersonate someone else.
• You're responsible for activity on your account. Keep your password safe.
• One person, one account. Don't share login credentials.

3. Acceptable use

Please don't:

• Use the service to break the law, harass anyone, or post abusive content.
• Try to scrape, reverse-engineer, or attack the service.
• Abuse the leaderboard or social features (fake accounts, automated activity, etc.).
• Use the contact form for spam, ads, or unsolicited outreach.

We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, with or without notice, depending on severity.

4. Content & intellectual property

The lessons, course content, design, code, and brand are owned by Tatevatsi (or licensed to us). You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the service for your own learning. You don't get any rights to redistribute, republish, or build a competing product from the content.

Anything you contribute — your username, bio, contact form messages — stays yours, but you grant us a license to display and process it as needed to run the service (e.g., showing your username on the leaderboard).

5. Paid features

Some features may require an in-app purchase or subscription handled through the Apple App Store. Purchases are governed by Apple's terms in addition to these. Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel through Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Refunds are handled by Apple, not Tatevatsi.

6. Cancellation & deletion

You can stop using Tatevatsi at any time. To permanently delete your account, go to Settings → Edit Profile → Delete account in the app. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. We may also terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimer

Tatevatsi teaches frameworks for thinking about money, behavior, and decisions. It is not financial, legal, or medical advice. Don't use it as a substitute for a licensed professional. The service is provided "as is" — we do our best but can't guarantee it'll be error-free or always available.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Tatevatsi and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which may be zero if you're on a free account).

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If the changes are material, we'll notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
